My name is William Attaway, and if you’re getting this email, it’s because we’ve connected in the past through a leadership event I’ve hosted or where I’ve spoken, or because you’ve signed up through my website. I’m PASSIONATE about leadership. I want to see leaders get better, because, as has been said many times, when leaders get better, everybody benefits.
For nearly two decades now, I’ve poured into other leaders. From young, emerging leaders to seasoned leadership professionals, I’ve helped them take the next steps on their leadership journey. I’ve spoken, taught, written, and coached on leadership. And I want to help you grow, intentionally and purposefully, as a leader. I want to add value to you and your leadership.
I believe leadership is a skill, and like any skill, it can and should be developed.
I believe you can learn from anybody. (Sometimes you learn what not to do – but that can be helpful too!)
I believe leaders are servants.
I believe growth is possible for anyone, IF you’re intentional about it.
