I want to begin by saying a big THANK YOU to all of you who have grabbed a copy of my new book, Catalytic Leadership: 12 Keys To Becoming An Intentional Leader Who Makes A Difference. I have been overwhelmed by the initial response and the positive feedback, and I wanted to share what’s happened in the first two weeks since it’s release:

• Amazon tagged it as a #1 New Release in Christian Institutions and Organizations
  
• It hit #1 in four book categories: Nonprofit Organizations and Charities, Business Management and Leadership, Church Institutions and Organizations, and Religious Leadership
  
• It hit #2 in four other book categories: Church Leadership, Churches and Church Leadership, Christian Leadership, and Business Leadership
  
• Over 500 copies of the book made their way into the hands of individuals in the first 7 days (The average traditionally published non-fiction book sells about 250-300 copies in the first year, about 3K on average over it’s lifetime; the average non-traditionally published book sells about 250 copies over it’s entire lifetime). So this is a big, big deal – and the momentum continues!
