This week’s episode of the Catalytic Leadership Podcast:
What is the number one thing you can do to grow your business?
What are your most meaningful life lessons you have learned in your journey?
What advice would you give business owners experiencing burnout?
This week on the podcast, William talks with Tyler Horsley. After Tyler’s career as a US Federal Officer, having worked for two government agencies and a military contracting group, Tyler founded Nuclear Networking.
Nuclear Networking is a business growth agency created in 2010. Tyler grew that organization to over $5mm in 5 years and ranked top 5% in the nation on the INC 5000 list and sold that to a private equity group in which he is now a partner.
While running Nuclear Networking, Tyler has funded, grown, consulted, marketed, and sold several other companies including a federal court reporting firm, a luxury retail product store, and many more.
With years of M&A experience, Tyler focuses solely on business growth strategies for companies he buys, builds, consults, and sells.
Tyler also has a strong passion for philanthropy. He currently sits on several boards and acts as an advisor for several impact companies and believes in leveraging his skill sets and network to rapidly increase the standards of living for humans around the world.
He invests in several funds, companies, and ventures to date and has been blessed to meet and work with many influential movers in the space including prominent politicians, musicians, marketers, and business growth experts.
You can connect with Tyler at https://www.nuclearnetworking.com/ to get a free competitor deconstruct or free marketing discovery and strategy call. Contact him to speak about any questions you may have about business growth, automation, or anything you heard on the podcast today.

1 Resource You Might Find Helpful
If you are a podcaster, or if you want to be a guest on podcasts, I want to recommend a resource that I’ve been using for about 16 months now – PodMatch. This is a fantastic platform that will match guests and shows, based on the criteria that you list and the profile you create. You can accept the match, reject the match, get more information from the show/guest – it’s a great solution for both hosts and guests. Check it out here: https://www.joinpodmatch.com/williamattaway
